Shopify refusing to payout over $11,000

Just switched to Shopify. Completed our 2 biggest shows of the year, and Shopify waits until 5 days after the first payout was supposed to process to inform us that they never validated our EIN number. I’ve been on the chat support with them for going on 3 weeks trying to get some kind of answer but have received ZERO communication from Shopify.

Anyone have any suggestion to get some progress made on getting them to review our information?

Got it resolved. Seems it’s just a matter of getting the right support person that’s willing to do a little more leg work than the rest. Daves D. is awesome and found the issue in a matter of seconds and then got it into the hands of the right people to process the corrections!
