My Shopify account says I have no store however my website is up and fully functional. My customers have been making purchases and no monies are in my bank account? Shopify customer support chat continues to say select what we need help with (Shopify Admin) and when we do it reroutes us back to the same question we have been trying to get a representative for countless hours now and as usual the support is not there. It Is shocking how this platform continues to do business and not support paying customers! I’m losing money everyday on an issue that could quite possibly be resolved.
