I set up facebook app today in shopify store. When I click on the facebook sales channel in shopify it says 108 products approved and 103 not approved. I verified my facebook page shows the correct category as shopping and retail. Also verified shop tab is on. When I click on products in shopify to see reason it really doesn’t tell me much. It says this “make sure your product is available on online store and not password protected” there is no password enabled. Kind of confused as to why some products are approved and some are not. Is it because I just set it up today and need to give it couple of days? please help
We had a similar issue where we published about 100 products but only 3 got approved and the other ones rejected with the same reason above. What we did was to go to the store dashboard > go to facebook channel > on the product status section click on all products. You will see a list of your products with the error message. Each should have a column named available on facebook with a checkbox. Untick this for the failed products and save. wait for a min and then tick them again and save. For us this seemed to have re-submitted products successfully.
