I’ve held my Shopify account for over a year now and have made some sales. I have payouts set to go to a business bank account on a monthly basis but I’ve never received a payout from Shopify. The continue to take payment from me every month with no issue though.

The ‘contact support’ doesn’t work at all and the virtual assistant deletes anything you type in when you hit send. I haven’t been able to find any other method of contacting support and starting to think Shopify is nothing but a scam since they’re holding my sale money but taking payment from me every month. I’m actually at a loss by holding a Shopify shop.

Has anyone else experienced this or know how I can successfully contact Shopify?

I have been in this situation and they took my payment of about 400 pounds and they have not deposited the payments for 1 month, also customers want to return it because they have been waiting for 1 month and they do not allow it. I will be sued because of Shopify and there is no return at all. Only when you say support advisor to the assistant in the help section, it connects to live chat, but I think it’s a robot. IN SHORT I WAS SCAMMED
