Hi @jrcallaghan I think you might need to talk to Shopify support to get complete details about the printer. I managed to get some information about the printers supported by Shopify but they specify different printers for different purposes. The printer that you have, the ZSB-DP12 thermal printer, is probably used to print barcodes for products and will not be feasible for printing shipping labels, as for shipping labels you require 4x6 size labels.
