Hi!
Yesterday customers who placed orders over a year ago or longer began receiving shipping notifications from my store. I’ve checked logins and have 2FA, nothing out of the ordinary there. What would cause this to happen? The emails came from store+[redacted]@t.shopifyemail.com. Is this because I haven’t verified my domain yet?
Hi @trillicon ,
This is Theodore from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App.
Don’t worry, your domain verification isn’t the culprit for old orders getting surprise shipping notifications! Here’s how to investigate:
Possible Cause: A recently installed/updated app or a rare Shopify data glitch might be behind this.
What to Do:
Review Apps: Check apps you recently installed or updated around the time the notifications started. Try temporarily disabling them to see if it stops.
Contact Shopify Support: Report the issue with details like timeframe (year-old orders) and email address (store+[redacted]@t.shopifyemail.com).
Check App Reviews: See if other users of your suspected app have reported similar issues.
Best regards,
Theodore | PageFly
I am having the same problem, Only customers are leaving me 1 star trustpilot reviews also

This is terrible. Do you have the Shopify Bundles app at all? That’s the only “new” app my store has turned on.
I have had this app but deleted a while back. I am still getting emails saying customers are receiving still
