I would recommend to store owners to avoid shopify shipping as if anything goes wrong nobody helps! Currently we have 25-30 parcels missing or not moving or lost, shopify is utterly unhelpful, they demand forms from our customers for denial, however the parcel never arrived it is hanging for two weeks. We paid over 1000 dollars just now for this shocking service.
I raised claim for each of them and they keep asking the same questions and demanding denial forms from customers.
We will not spend any penny with this anymore, as shopify shipping charged next day shipment for parcels are still stuck.
Evri should be completely illegal as they have no number to call, no chat where there is a human to talk to, nobody cares, they just take your money, while customers want their goods, understandably.
I will have to waste my xmas complaining and keep raising claims, and hence shopify as well just a chat or email nobody wants to really help and look at your claims.
Sickening how much money we lost due to them now.
I would recommend using direct services, where you can actually talk to someone.
