It’s not an issue connecting, I have done countless live chats and send countless emails on my ticket. Shopify legal team opened an email ticket for me and I’ve been sending my emails there but no one ever responds. My issue is that I have a large sum of money still in my account that I can’t access because shopify closed my store.
