This month, my payout was due on November 8, but it never arrived. My payout page shows the balance but no record of the payout being processed, and there’s no explanation. Shopify has effectively stolen my money and left me hanging! Their so-called “support” team has been completely useless—no real information, no fix, and no help. Meanwhile, my invoices are overdue because of this delay, and Shopify doesn’t seem to care. Their incompetence and disregard for their customers is absolutely unacceptable.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to actually get paid?
