I read through the other post and I need support to assist me. I purchased my domain and I’m assuming the last person who owned it had set up a store. I need it clear so I can start using the name.
I can send over a screenshot from my Godaddy panel showing on the Domain registration information .

If you can provide a screenshot verifying that you are the domain owner, or Support team can assist in removing the domain from the closed store. The screenshot will need to show your domain control panel, which should include the domain name and your full name or username. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to connect or transfer your domain to your own store.
