I placed an order on 2nd September on a Shopify store named Crown Culture SA. Despite the estimated delivery time, it has now been over a month, and I have not received my item. I attempted to contact the store multiple times regarding the delay but have not received any responses.
Recently, I discovered that the store’s website has been shut down, and I have no way to track my order or request a refund through the site. It appears the business has ceased operations without informing customers or offering any resolution for pending orders.
Actions Taken:
- Attempted to contact the store via email and social media on 9 September without any response.
- Verified that the store’s website is no longer operational as of 25 September.
- Checked my payment platform to ensure the payment was processed.
