So I’ve built a beautiful store, spent countless hours on it, spent hundreds of dollars fulfilling orders. And my store gets shut down a day before my payout. With no warning. No reasoning. Just gone. This just happened to me 30 minutes ago and I am stressed out if I’m being completely honest. I have financial pressure on me. Bills. And I’ve made decisions based off my anticipated payout. Now I don’t even know if im going to get it because my store got shut down out of the blue. Don’t mean to make it personal. But I just want to know if I’ll ever get an explanation to why this has happened and if I’ll ever get my payout.

Best solution would be to contact Shopify directly.
Contacting shopify directly will probably get you nothing considering they don’t answer their own tickets.
