Shopify store inactive and unavailable

I had just finished linking my debit card to my Shopify store to purchase domain and my store suddenly went unavailable and inactive. Please Anyone can help me please I intend to start running my store today but everything seems messed up now. Please @Shopify i really need response to this as this store have cost me more to build. Please help me
