Shopify store not opening on certain iPhone models

on certain iPhone models the store is not opening at all and we are unable to figure out why

This could be due to a few reasons specific to iOS devices — such as:

  • Blocked pop-ups or redirects

  • Issues with custom fonts or heavy scripts

  • App Transport Security (ATS) blocking the domain if you’re opening the store from inside an iOS app

  • Safari-specific compatibility issues

Try the following:

  1. Test the store in Safari’s Private Mode to rule out cache/cookies.

  2. Check if the store loads on Wi-Fi vs Mobile Data.

  3. Use BrowserStack or an actual iPhone to test across models.

  4. Make sure your domain uses HTTPS and is not redirecting excessively.
