Shopify Store Removed From Sezzle Platform

Sezzle ended my contract and removed my store from their platform because I had 2 people fail to pay their pay-in-4 installments to Sezzle. I have talked to their customer service and managers about what I could do to reinstate my contract. But I keep hitting a wall with them. Has anyone else experienced this with Sezzle? If so, were you able to offer Sezzle to your customers again? Or did they keep telling you no? I added other pay-in-four payment options to my site. But none of them bring traffic and sales like Sezzle does. I’m really feeling stumped over this.

Thanks for responding. I really need some help with this. My sales have stopped considerably through my shopify store. And I need to find out if their is any way I can be approved again to offer Sezzle to my customers.

Sezzle already terminated my agreement and removed me as an merchant. So I had to remove the Sezzle payment option from my store. I’m just trying to figure out if their is any way to become a merchant again after they terminated my contract.

This is what Sezzle wrote to me for two seperate customers who purchased from me a year apart from each other and did not pay their pay-in-four payments to Sezzle. I had to press them to find out about these two people. They never gave me any other options to fix the problem or change the terms of our agreement before dropping my store from their platform:

  • Section 10.1.10: Conduct your business or use Sezzle Services in a manner that results in or may result in complaints, Disputes, Reversals, fees, fines, penalties or other liability to Sezzle, Users, third parties or you;
