Shopify Store suddenly change to inactive and unavailable

Hi shopify community, my store was suddenly change to inactive and unavailable 3 days ago.

Till now shopify support only mentioned the case is referred to the relevant department and ask us to wait patiently for them to get back.

Emails wasn’t reply and it has been 3 days. Revenue is greatly affected.

Shopify change it to inactive without any notice and reason?

I can definitely appreciate this is important to you, I hate to see any store have their revenue affected as you mentioned. Usually, our escalated teams aim to reply via email within 24-72 business hours.

If not, then I would advise sticking to replying to that original email chain as this will be putting you in touch directly with the people who have access to your account and can answer account-specific queries for you. Thank you!
