About 1 week ago my store on shopify went down after I added my bank card to shopify, since one week i have asked the support multiple times for the reason & to open up my store but the support knows nothing all they say is the “specialist team” is looking after it and we have escalated your case, I could not open my store, all my pending orders are in there I cannot run ads my website is down & business almost bankrupt.
does anyone know how to fix it, where is the spealist team & how can i open up my store?
shopify has become a very bad platform for sellers, anyone know an alternative for this, because i will have to do something to save my business, shopify does not care at all.
