They said they’re still investigating about reopening it, but if it doesn’t, i probably can’t get the funds quickly huh? so what im wondering is will Shopify refund my customers since i have no access to my admin.. to issue a refund..??

Hi there,

If your store is currently under review and you don’t have access to your admin, Shopify will not automatically refund your customers.
Refunds can only happen if:

  1. You issue them through your admin, or

  2. Shopify’s Trust & Safety team decides to intervene after the review is completed.

Usually, Shopify waits for the investigation to finish before taking any action with customer payments. They won’t refund customers on your behalf unless they determine there is a risk or the store will not be reopened.

If the store gets reopened, you’ll be able to issue refunds normally.
If it does not reopen, Shopify will contact you with next steps regarding funds and customer orders.

If you don’t understand any part of this, I would love to explain it more clearly.
