Hello,
I connected Shopify to a subdomain by configuring the CNAME record “shop.borgodus.it” and “www.shop.borgodus.it” to point to “shops.myshopify.com” (as explained in the official guide).
Everything works except for the URL “https://www.shop.borgodus.it”:
- https://shop.borgodus.it (OK)
- http://shop.borgodus.it (OK - Redirect to https://shop.borgodus.it)
- https://www.shop.borgodus.it (NOT WORK - 403 Forbidden Cloudlfare - Not secure)
- http://www.shop.borgodus.it (OK - Redirect to https://shop.borgodus.it)
I set up a permanent redirect to https://shop.borgodus.it but with **https://www.**shop.borgodus.it it doesn’t work.
Could it be an SSL certificate problem?
In Cpanel status everything seems ok:
But if I check SSL certificate it reports an error: https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=https://www.shop.borgodus.it/
If I add “www.shop.borgodus.it” in third party domains the SSL pending tag comes out:
