Shopify Support Chat or Email not working

Hi there,

I have been currently trying to contact Shopify chat with no luck as it keeps asking me to ‘select a store’ and then jumps straight to this form (attached), auto-populates the contact fields and then I’m unable to fill in the rest of the fields as they are greyed out.
I am a Shopify Partner with several clients stores and need to contact support.

Any idea why this would be happening?
Very frustrating.

I am having the same issue. Over and over again, I am stuck in a loop between the support pages, and no matter what I try, I cannot move into a page where there is a possibility to chat with someone online or send an email, like we used to be able to do. This is a BIG PROBLEM indeed, and a barrier to success for shopify if we as users cannot get the support we need.

This exact page, which used to pop up, no longer does!!!

Exactly the same situation here. Just an endless loop with no access to support.
