Shopify Support - Contact Info Missing

I have an issue with my shopify store and I’m trying to contact customer support. I have gone to this page. https://help.shopify.com/en/support/topic-select, but a phone number or chat support never pops up. The only thing I see are options for your support library. Not sure what is preventing me from contacting your supposed 24/7 support channel. I’ve contacted you guys in the past, without issue.

When accessing the Shopify Help Center, you’ll first need to log into your store. On the following page, you can select a support topic in order for us to connect you with the right support team(s). Depending on the topic selected, you may need to select a sub-topic. On the last page, please scroll to the very bottom to view our available contact options under Get Support.

THIS IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE SOLUTION, I AM NOT GOOD AT TYPING AND NEED A CALL BACK, YOU CANT DICTATE HOW I RECEIVE SUPPORT- THATS ILLEGAL. I WANT A CONTACT NUMBER

Shopify gets an F for the changes to contacting support making it virtually impossible to get anything but chat.

Cannot email, cannot open a support ticket - you get connected to chat with someone who needs to run your chat through google translate - no offense as my first language was not English either.

This is a big loser for Shopify. My last chat was total waste of time and my question left unanswered. Shopify stores cannot operate with a virtually non-existent support center!

Fix this shopify.

Y’all charged me 39$ for my trial already I paid $1 for 3 months and a month later was charged $39 I want my money back! And I want to not to business with you right now! Because of this and I cannot talk to a person ! :disappointed_face: Teresa Redditt!
