Shopify Support has gone from OK to absolutely HORRIBLE

thank you for posting this. I am about to terminate my account because the support is so bad. It’s abuse of customer 's time and money. I want to spend my money on a more friendly platform that can offer live friendly help efficiently. They make you wait for hours which is damaging to my business, I could be doing much more important stuff than typing my needs for hours in their unfriendly chat which is building their AI data base. Wow Buyer beware…
