Shopify Support has gone from OK to absolutely HORRIBLE

My theory is there there isn’t a human behind the chat support either. They all asked the same questions. They respond the same way. They use the exact same phrases. “Bear with me I’m checking my sources” , “Can you send me a screenshot” even when the matter does not concern error message, or anything to screenshot.
