Shopify support (not AI chatbot)

Does anyone know the magic incantation to get through to human support at Shopify?

I’ve been having a lengthy discussion with the AI chatbot on their help page to no avail. Is there a contact number / email - or even specific responses I can give to the chatbot that will result in being connected to human support?

Unfortunately not. I was looking for a platform to build ecommerce sites for many customers. I’m glad this red flag came early on. I’m looking at Wix and Webflow now.

I have looked elsewhere too, i have previously used shopify and it was great but with this issue i am worried that if i do run my e commerce site through here that i might encounter similar issue later down the line if you do manage to find somewhere else please let me know, i have heard wix is good
