So I originally so close to people well, I have been making a bunch of cells and have been earning a lot of money off the app. And it seems to be ever since I have been making a lot of money all of a sudden I have been having a lot of problems with my account. The problem that I’ve been having is When I go to my payouts, it says action required and doesn’t actually tell me what the action is required for me. So I ended up having to go through Shopify customer service and ask what the action is well I got zero help after talking to 10 Shopify customer service people. After continuing to talk to a lot of them one actually helped me do it, but then I waited a few days and still haven’t gotten back from Shopify financial team. And so today it has been a week since. “ figured it out.” And so I went in and asked again about my money and what action I need to do and they ended up suspending my account for who knows what. Shop for customer service has no way of talking to someone who could actually make a difference and they just have you talk to people that do not know what’s going on or what to do when you tell them what your problem is and I know this because every time I’ve talked to Shopify customer service they say the same stuff and do not solve my problem or they just try and work around it and be under the bush .
That’s exactly what I did. Still haven’t received my money or payouts havent been available
Hello @Andrulona
If Shopify has suspended your store, the reason is usually mentioned in the email they sent you. It may be related to verification, billing, policy compliance, prohibited products, or a risk review.
Please check your email and spam folder carefully. If Shopify requested any documents, submit them as soon as possible.
You can also contact Shopify Support directly through the Shopify Help Center and ask them to review the suspension and explain what information is required to restore your store.
It is best to reply to the original Shopify email as well, so all communication stays in the same support case.
I hope your store is restored soon.
Hey there @Andrulona
That sounds frustrating. If your payouts say Action Required but do not include any details, go to Settings, Payments and look for banners or pending verification requests in your Shopify admin. Check your business information, your bank account details and the documents that you have uploaded to see if everything is exactly the same. If you were just suspended, do not keep changing things while it’s being reviewed, that can sometimes slow down the procsess. Keeping a timeline of events and screenshots can also help track any updates.
