SHOPIFY taking 5 weeks to verify my account and holding my payout

Has anyone else had the issue of not being able to get a direct resolution or response about their payouts? I was promised 5 weeks ago that a new link to upload my drivers licence will be available and its impossible to talk to anyone in accounts. for how much money I have spent on a subscription their support is appalling I keep getting told I’m in the queue and each day I’m left more frustrated. Help would be much appreciated on this.
