Shopify Terminates our accounts under non-existing T.O.S section

Hello,

Everything is in the title; Shopify Terminates my account that contain a prop shop that never made any sells and the accounts of 25 of my students under violation of the rule 15.6 of the terms of services : LOL

This rule doesn’t EVEN EXIST !!!

Anyone is able to help me and my students recover our accounts ?

Hi

I received the same weird message and they haven’t been able to explain or get me back online for a full week now.. Really poor customer experience..
