Shopify theme server commands return following error

Hello Developers,

after following the instruction from the shopify documentation, I am getting following error once i am entering this command

shopify theme serve

āœ— An unexpected error occured.
	To submit an issue include the stack trace.
	To print the stack trace, add the environment variable SHOPIFY_CLI_STACKTRACE=1.

I am new in shopify so I am unable to sort out the issue. My shopify version is **2.13.0** and gem version is **3.1.2**

my shopify store login was successful
