Hello, I purchase a domain chiarapelletteria.com only from Bluehost without any hosting as I will use it for Shopify.
After adding this domain to Shopify, I see that Shopify does not provide any email services for third-party domain!
Then I purchased a hosting plan from namecheap to use hosting and email service for chiarapelletteria.com domain. When I added namecheap hosting nameserver to my bluehost purchased domain then my Shopify website is stopped working!!!
Can you please give me any solutions how can I fix it? should I have to connect the domain with Shopify again?

For email, you need to set up the MX records.
So you have the below options.
- Hosting: you have purchased hosting already from Namecheap, ask Namecheap support if I want you to want to keep the domain pointed to Shopify, and just want to use hosting as an email server. So they can help you to setup the MX records.
- You can purchase separate email service, where they charge per user (per email) base cost and you dont’ need to purchase the hosting, just email service can help.
- You can go for google workspace, so you can use gmail as your business email address. They charge per user (per email). You just need to setup the MX records here too.
