Can anyone help me figure out what the issue is here? All of a sudden my Shopify products aren’t mapping for Tik Tok Shop. I made sure the pixel matches the catalog and all that. It Is showing the correct products, but I don’t know why it’s not mapping from Shopify.
I have never had skus assigned in Shopify.
I am not sure how to do a collaborator code
To expand on SKUs, there is an app called MS Barcode Labels, it can generate unlimited SKUs for free. As for collaborator, don’t give ANYONE access to your admin, except for exceptionally reputable Partners. Especially someone who created their profile 4 hours ago. Just don’t do it.
Thank you for the app advice! It has helped get the skus created quickly. Apparently this must be a new Tik Tok shop requirement.
