Hello, Can someone help. I am trying to sync our products from Shopify to the TikTok seller App but it won’t sync the products. It would be a lot of work/time to add them individually. Does anyone know a solution to this issue? ive attached an image of where I am stuck. Thank you!
This issue seems to come up at irregular intervals always, so I replaced it with a third party integration tool, datech shopsync. it solves the problem of batch synchronization of products very well.
