Shopify to TikTok Shop - products won't 'map' automatically...

I’ve created a Tik Tok shop to show my Shopify products. I’ve got everything set up but when I try to sync products from Shopify to TTS (using the Tik Tok app within Shopify), it says “Couldn’t map automatically”. (Part of the sync process is ‘mapping’ my products to a suitable category within TTS. My products are clothing items so it’s not as if they’re prohibited. Also, they’re not branded so no problem there either.

This would be okay if I only had a couple of products but I’ve got over 200. Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem and if they have a solution?

Happy to keep it in the community then everyone can benefit from the answer. I’m assuming it’s got to be something fairly straightforward?..
