Hi guys, I bought about 200 pounds of clothing from a retailer who’s store was doing a closing sale. Apparently, the storefront closed before Shopify was done processing my order, he never got it! Unfortunately, Shopify still took my money, none of which went to the owner. Furthermore, I can’t file a report with my new information because I did a different one at first and got no reply back from you guys.

Can you not claim a chargeback with your bank or credit card company?
