I’m trying to migrate orders from our existing system to Shopify Plus store via Transporter app.
For some order rows in the orders.csv import file, I’m getting the following error as part of the error csv file.
Failed. Response code = 500. Response message = Internal Server Error.
When I remove the errors column in this file and import that file again, some of those orders get processed and others fail. When I repeat this process for the new error file, some of those orders succeeed and so on.
Doesn’t look like there’s any error in the file because they get imported the second time.
Can anyone please help me out with this. I’m importing 500 orders at a time and the size of the file is around 1.4MB
