I was able to connect my Shopify account to TikTok for Business but when attempting to create an account I get an error that says information for the time zone doesn’t exist. I picked Chicago, the state closest to mine. After getting the error I located a kb article that says you can’t update the time zone after setup. It doesn’t appear that i can complete the setup to run ads without correcting the error. Can someone offer assistance with a resolution?

the time zone needs to be the same on Tik Tok and on Shopify. it’s easier to update it on shopify than tiktok anyway
