Has anyone had random changes made to their shipping?
**We have had some changes made to our shipping rates and box sizes and we didn’t make those changes.
I’m wondering if there was a recent update with Shopify that could have made them.
Yesterday after we had left for the day I come in to nearly 25 orders being FREE shipping because of a preset for “Economy” shipping. That is a large loss for us as most orders are a minimum of $10.
I did find out how to turn this off but we don’t know how it got changed in the first place.
**Also we keep our standard box size set at a 12x12x12 and change the ones that need to be changed.
Now it is recommending box sizes and they are not accurate at all.
We had an order for a mug and the recommended box size was a 24x18x18
I could have shipped an entire box of mugs in that size box.
