how long it’s going to continue?
I have submitted my doc. of 6 to 7 times but I still the team is unable to verify my account I have submitted my bank statement.
And I’m not getting any help from your Shopify site.
They are also not telling us the reason why it"s been rejected again and again.
I need to a proper and from the side if it continues how will I run my website??
Or I should look for another service provider? Which is better than Shopify..
I have the same issue and came here to try and sort it. Ive left shopify once, gone and opened a WIX account but here to give it another go.

Yep, ive unloaded so many pics, if this place is dodgy im done for they have pics of almost everything lol.
Before I left last time I just got generic answers from a guy. If I cant do multicurrency im off as I need need shopify payments.
We’ll just keep bumping it up until we get some help

today I opened my Shopify cuz I was busy yesterday so I could not open my account
and found this after paying you guys one pound then I can’t open my account it looks like Shopify is a scam.
what’s the point of buying a subscription when guys don’t even provide service after that?
I got this sorted you can get them to give you a call back through the help center. They called me and opened a ticket then emailed me thr ticket number. Within 24hr my account was all sorted.
