Shopify Video Header showing desktop video on mobile

Hello,

I have set the desktop video header URL and Mobile video header url properly, but upon saving it only shows the desktop one while on mobile. It is showing that my mobile video is present in the html, but it is not displaying. Any ideas?

Can you send a link to your store?

And also check your media queries to see if its correctly hiding and hiding based on the width declared.

Does Shopify not take care of these queries when linking in their video header fields?

We have checked for this issue in real system and browserstack but it is working ok. In which system configuration or browser you are checking?

I am on chrome, the issue is the desktop video is prioritizing even on mobile. You are seeing a different video while on mobile?

This is what I see on desktop - a collage video with 3 parts on mobile its the same video but just not a collage, is this right or the mobile video is supposed to look completely different from the desktop one?

Yeah I suppose this was a caching issue, appreciate the help!
