Shopify Website Photos Not loading on Desktop

Hello, tonight my website stopped loading on my desktop browser. I tested it on another computer at home and it did the same thing.

And yes, I have followed all the standard advice: tried to load the site on Safari, Chrome and Firefox. I have used both public and private/incognito mode. I have cleared the browsers cache and cookies and the problem persists. Strangely, the website is loading on mobile just fine.

I am not sure if this is affecting all desktop users or if it’s just my IP address or ISP. But I am panicking! Hoping it will resolve itself but the time I wake up in the morning but just in case it doesn’t, I thought I’d check here.

Hey @JessikaL

There seems to be some JavaScript issues in your website that I can see at the moment, this might have been caused because of some recent code changes you did or any recent app you installed. If this doesn’t fixes it then I highly recommend you to hire a Shopify developer who can help you out with that. Thank you so much, you helped me narrow it down. It was because I turned on Rocket Launcher in Cloudlfare yesterday and it broke my site on desktop. I turned it off and it promptly worked again.
