Usually, they’ll try again x-number of days later, if a payout fails.
Try looking at your payout schedule, within the Shopify admin, and see if there’s another payout attempt scheduled:
Admin > Settings > Payments > View Payouts
If you’re not seeing anything there, then you’d need to contact Shopify’s support directly for help resolving this issue.
