my payouts are supposed to start tomorrow after the “7 day wait” period. i have tried 2 different, valid ID’s and it keeps saying couldnt be verified and to try again with valid id. THEY ARE VALID!! shopify support has “escalated” my case but i havent received an email from anyone. i have contacted shopify numerous times to help and they dont care. this is a major inconvenience as this is how i can afford to ship my orders. they are causing major issues for mt business. help!!!

i dont want more “ information “ i WANT this to be resolved. ive been waiting for 4 days already. this is ridiculous. if this isnt fixed by today I am contacting my lawyer and going ahead with legal action. you guys arent doing your job and youre ruining my business reputation and functionality. there are easy fixes to this and you dont care to help.

No one here can help you with your account status, payouts, billing, payments, or anything else that would require an actual Shopify employee. Everyone here is either a merchant like you or a developer with coding or app knowledge.
