We’re interested in using the Shopify Yodel rates for UK shipping. However, Yodel have a weight limitation of 10kg, and there is no option when adding a CCS rate to only utilise it to a maximum weight. I’ve reached out to support who do not seem to understand that the Yodel shipping labels are purchased through Shopify admin and not through an app and there doesn’t seem to be any way to set this limitation.
Hoping someone might have a solution.
Our store is www.nicandlesupplies.co.uk but the Yodel option is not live currently due to this issue.
