Shoppay checkout doesn’t have an option for customers to tip us which is a bummer because we rely on tips from our customers.
Also because of the way Shoppay uses cookies after a customer has used Shoppay once they will receive a cookie and always be sent to the Shoppay Checkout even if the click on the regular Checkout button.
This means that after a customer uses Shoppay once they will never have the option to tip us and as you can imagine that’s not ideal really.
Does anyone know a work around to this that will either
A. Allow customers to tip in the Shoppay Checkout
or
B. Block the Shoppay cookies from automatically pushing customers into the Shoppay Checkout when the customer clicks on the regular Checkout button.
