Are funds from ShopPay deposited in my balance account or my bank account?

Shop Pay uses Shopify Payments to process payouts so you can double check where your payouts are currently being deposited by going to Settings > Payments > Manage (next to Shopify Payments). From here, scroll down to the Payout details section.
If you activated Shopify Balance, this will likely be the account your payouts are deposited into since Shopify Balance automatically becomes your payout account once it’s activated. If you’d like your payouts to go to a different account instead, you can switch your payout account by navigating to the same Payout details section explained above. Here, you can click Change payout account to change the account your payouts go to. You can find the steps to change your payout account here as well. That being said, I would definitely recommend continuing to use Shopify Balance if you’ve already activated it.
