Shopping Cart and Checkout totals are different / wrong

Hello,

My store is Flagpole Depot and on this page https://www.flagpoledepot.com/products/state-flags-nylon we are selling state flags… I used the Variant Options app to have the user choose a State and Size… when they add it to the cart the price shows up properly BUT when they go to checkout the price changes to FREE… they can place the order and not be charged for the flag. Can anyone PLEASE show me how this can be fixed?..

@Swihart_Art That’s a bit weird. Can you post a screenshot or two of how you have set up your variants and pricing as it must be something to do with how you have set these up. You presumably have some $0 pricing set in there somewhere.

The problem seems to lie with the Variant Options App that I used by Relentless Apps…

Any product that I set up with the app that has options prices correctly in the Cart, BUT when you go to checkout the option pricing gets subtracted from the total and the product reverts back to base pricing…

@Swihart_Art Can only suggest that you reach out to the app developers or find an alternative that works correctly.

I agree… I chatted with Shopify and they are sending my issue to the app developer… I sure hope they can fix this because my whole store, which has a lot of variations, is set up with the app… frustrating if they can’t fix it, I would have a TON of work to do if they can’t and of course it’s supposed to be EXACTLY what my store needed but it malfunctions somehow between the cart and the checkout page…
