I am trying to find out if it is possible to set up shipping rules, so that customers get charged a fixed amount for each brand they buy on my store. Can you help me with that?

You could explore Shopify’s Custom Shipping Profiles to create separate profiles for each brand products and set up the shipping costs accordingly.
Please note that Shopify combines the shipping costs from each profile when items from different profiles are in the same cart, so you may need to adjust these values to achieve a closer match to your requirement. You may refer to the Shopify setup guide here for more details.
