I have observed diverse views nowadays that people who are working in corporate sector or housewives, are doing most of the time searching their desired products which may be gadgets or houshold items in online retail sites frequenlty. Many times they are compare the products among many ratail sites for getting their best deal. I felt that they are happy with comparing products and informing others but they are not actually purchasing that product. Another group of associates are very happy after purchaing the desired product. Is online shopping or web browing of the items are really mood elevator? Now a days almost all online retailers implemented AI technology to recommend best products based on consumersā searching behavior. Do you think AI is the main drivers to help consumers to get out from emotional distress of those consumers? If you are feeling the same experience can you please provide me the reason what are the drivers of the emotional distress and how AI can in retail site help user to get rid of emotional distress?
