Shops connect to facebook but doesnt show as a shop

HI,

I have connected both my Facebook page and Instagram - but when i view them on facebook and instagram they are just showing as pages without any products.

It says that they are both live on shopify and they work like normal pages on facebook.

Any help would be greatly apprciated as i have spent several days now and not got any further.

I have read a few guides which say to add this tab and that tab in settings such as “shop” but none of the tabs that are talked about are there.

Also, I’m not sure if this is you, but if it is, it seems that you have cookies loading into your site without a cookie consent bar. Just an FYI:
