Short product instructions to print on invoice

We have some customers who are not technologically savvy and frequently when we put instructions for an item on the product page, it never gets read. Is there a way to have product instructions print directly on the invoice/packing slip?

Example: customer orders gadget 1

short instruction blurb prints on packing slip that pulls info for instructions which says: to install, do xyz

Is this possible?

Hi there!

No, we don’t drop ship our products, nor do we do customized or personalized items. More-so, i just want to be able to put a blurb on there of “do this to install” to automatically add to the invoice when that certain product is purchased.
