I would say what you selling would be a good indicator of if that would be a necessity or not. If you are selling $10 scratch maps, then absolutely. The cost threshold wouldn’t be worth it to return.
But if it’s a higher ticket item like electronics. Then it’s a good idea. Something to also keep in mind, somewhere around 80% of people don’t bother with returns from e-commerce sites.
